The services and support outlined by my father's community nurse was never available no home visits, no home care and ultimately, no hospice bed in the final days.
For the kindness and care from everybody.
Kind, caring, attentive, beautiful end of life care. Dad would have been so grateful.
Everyone showed care and kindness, at all times.
Professional, caring, empathetic and dignified. Family support was always available.
Care, consideration, respectful and helpful and nurses. Everyone is always smiling and genuinely happy to help with anything I have had so much more care than NDDH.
Our father was cared for back in Hampshire, the standard of care here was for better, in mums onwards, 'why did not we have care this when your father well was ill'.
I knew I am being listened to, I found out about things I wasn't aware of. My nurse was lovely and passed on her calmness.
All family received full respect, support and dignity. Patient received immediate attention/caring hygiene whenever required.
The high level of care and attention and good facilities.
