The services and support outlined by my father's community nurse was never available no home visits, no home care and ultimately, no hospice bed in the final days.
Suggested improvements
Made it clear that hospice beds are not available. Made it 100% clear that home visits and support are option not make promises you cannot keep.

Everyone showed care and kindness, at all times.

Care, consideration, respectful and helpful and nurses. Everyone is always smiling and genuinely happy to help with anything I have had so much more care than NDDH.

Cant fault anything. Feel very lucky to be here and don't know to battle to be heard regarding my care and health wishes.

Our father was cared for back in Hampshire, the standard of care here was for better, in mums onwards, 'why did not we have care this when your father well was ill'.

I knew I am being listened to, I found out about things I wasn't aware of. My nurse was lovely and passed on her calmness.

All family received full respect, support and dignity. Patient received immediate attention/caring hygiene whenever required.
